Position :1) Assistant General Manager (Instrumentation)

Educational Qualification : First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Instrumentation Technology / Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.

Age Limit : Minimum 43 years as on 01/10/2014

Experience : Should have minimum 21 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014 in erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of all types of measuring instruments / transmitters, Servo valves / proportional valves of hydraulic system, control / on-off valves, pneumatic / hydraulic actuators, controls and automation systems, DCS with profibus, PLCs etc., in a large size Pulp & Paper industry, Refinery, Fertilizer, Petro-chemical or Metal Processing industries or Thermal Power Plants. Hands on experience on HMI / SCADA programming is preferred.


Position :2) Deputy Manager (Paper Machine) / Assistant Manager (Paper Machine)

Educational Qualification : First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology. (or) Full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.

Age Limit : For Deputy Manager: Minimum 34 years as on 01/10/2014 For Assistant Manager: Minimum 29 years as on 01/10/2014

Experience : For Deputy Manager: Should have minimum 12 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014. For Assistant Manager: Should have minimum 7 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014. Candidates should have experience in a large size Pulp & Paper Mill in the operation of a high speed Paper Machine of speed not less than 400 mpm producing Writing and Printing Paper. Should be conversant with DCS operation, QCS, Process automation etc.

Position :3) Deputy Manager (Pulp) / Assistant Manager (Pulp)

Educational Qualification : First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology. (or) Full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.

Age Limit : For Deputy Manager: Minimum 34 years as on 01/10/2014 For Assistant Manager: Minimum 29 years as on 01/10/2014

Experience : For Deputy Manager: Should have minimum 12 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014. For Assistant Manager: Should have minimum 7 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014. Candidates should have experience in a large size Pulp & Paper Mill in the operation and process control in Chemical Pulp production section with a minimum Pulp production capacity of 300 TPD. Should have exposure in modern pulping technologies viz., Super Batch / RDH, ODL and ECF Bleaching. Should be conversant with DCS operation and process automation etc.

Position :4) Assistant Manager (Safety)

Educational Qualification : A recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology. (or) Post Graduate Degree in Physics or Chemistry and M.E. (Industrial Safety) or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Government of Tamil Nadu.

Age Limit : Minimum 29 years as on 01/10/2014

Experience : Should have minimum 7 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014 after acquiring Degree in Engineering or Post Graduate Degree in Physics or Chemistry of which atleast 3 years after acquiring Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety. Should have been in a responsible position in Safety Department of any industrial establishment or large scale construction company. Should have experience in dealing with accident prevention, training of employees in Safety awareness and emergency preparedness, enforcing personal safety at work place, electrical installation, construction activities etc. Candidates should be conversant with safety practices in storage and handling of hazardous chemicals, compliance of statutory requirements stipulated in Factories Act and Factories Rules, explosives rules and gas cylinder rules, maintenance of records as per statutory requirements, accident reporting and analysis, liaison with Factory Inspectorate and other Statutory Authorities. Knowledge of Tamil is essential.

Position :5) Assistant Manager (Projects) (Chemical)

Educational Qualification : First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology. (or) Full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.

Age Limit : Minimum 29 years as on 01/10/2014

Experience : Should have minimum 7 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014 in a large sized continuous process industry or in an engineering, procurement and construction company or in a projects and consultancy company. Experience in plant engineering, tendering, evaluation and ordering of plant and machinery, installation and commissioning activities and project scheduling / monitoring will be an added advantage.

Position :6) Assistant Manager (Chemical) (For LSFM)

Educational Qualification : First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology.

Age Limit : Minimum 29 years as on 01/10/2014

Experience : Should have minimum 7 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014 in a large size Cement Plant.

Position :7) Officer (Lab)

Educational Qualification : 3 years full time B.Sc. (Chemistry) and First Class 2 years full time M.Sc. (Chemistry).

Age Limit : Maximum as on 01/10/2014 General Turn-30 years; BC-30 years; MBC/DNC-32 years; SC/ST-35 years

Experience : Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014 in the testing and analysis of various chemicals, metals, minerals, fuels, water / effluent, etc., in a large size continuous process industry.

Position :8) Assistant General Manager (HR)

Educational Qualification : Full time Arts / Science /Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / HRM (or) Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR

Age Limit : Minimum 43 years as on 01/10/2014

Experience : Should have Minimum 21 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014 in Executive cadre in an organisation of repute dealing with all HR functions like Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Wage & Salary administration, Welfare, Contract Labour Administration, various Community Development activities under Corporate Social Responsibility, Training and Development activities, Engagement of Act Apprentices etc. Should be well versed with Labour Laws and be required to appear before various statutory authorities. Should be well versed with initiatives like Competency Mapping, Balance Score Card, Knowledge Management etc. Candidates should have fluency in spoken and written Tamil. Knowledge in Computer and Computer Applications in HR will be an added advantage. (Post qualification experience will be calculated after acquiring M.A. (Social Work) / MBA)

Position :9) Senior Manager (Production) / Manager (Production)

Educational Qualification : First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology. (or) Full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class full time Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.

Age Limit : For Senior Manager: Minimum 39 years as on 01/10/2014 For Manager: Minimum 37 years as on 01/10/2014

Experience : For Senior Manager: Should have minimum 17 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2014.

Position :10) Assistant Manager (Security) / Officer (Security)

Educational Qualification : Ex-servicemen with minimum qualification of Graduation in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officers. (or) Ex-servicemen with Matriculation who have put in not less than 15 years of military service and who are considered equal to Graduates for Group-C posts (Govt. of India)

Age Limit : For Assistant Manager:- Minimum 29 years as on 01/10/2014 For Officer:- Maximum age as on 01/10/2014 General Turn – 30 years; BC – 30 years MBC/DNC – 32 years; SC/ST – 35 years

Experience : For Assistant Manager:- Should have minimum 7 years of post military experience as on officer in a large size industry looking after Industrial Security as on 01/10/2014. For Officer:- Should have minimum 5 years of post military experience as on officer in a large size industry looking after Industrial Security as on 01/10/2014. Candidates should know to read and write in Tamil and English. Proficiency in Computer operation will be an added advantage. Candidates should enclose attested copies of Post Military Industrial Security experience without fail.

Position :11) Assistant Manager (Safety)
